We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and Cash on Delivery (COD) with an advance booking amount. For COD orders below Rs. 5,000, an advance of Rs. 1,000 is required. For orders Rs. 5,000 and above, an advance of Rs. 3,000 is required, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
