Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

All return requests must be directed to leathermonarchstore@gmail.com. Please do not send any item back without first receiving a Return Authorization from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Eligible products carry a 14-day return window, starting from the date of delivery. We encourage customers to inspect their order as soon as it arrives. After the 14-day window has passed, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges, so please reach out to us promptly if any concern arises.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must show no signs of use, wear, scent, alteration, or cleaning
  • It must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase must be included

We appreciate your understanding that these conditions exist to protect the integrity of our handcrafted products and ensure a fair process for all customers.


Damaged or Defective Items

While we inspect every item before dispatch, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If your order arrives with any of the following:

  • Broken or loose stitching
  • Torn or visibly damaged leather
  • A manufacturing flaw that affects function or appearance
  • Incorrect personalization or name engraving
  • Any significant abnormal mark caused during production

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs at leathermonarchstore@gmail.com. Our team will review your case promptly. If the defect is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Once the defect is verified, we will replace the item with the same article or, if unavailable, offer another item of equivalent value or a full monetary refund — whichever you prefer.


Non-Defective Items

Approved returns for non-defective items will be resolved as an exchange of equal value. Monetary refunds for non-defective items are not issued. We believe this allows us to continue delivering handcrafted quality at fair pricing.

Returning a Gift Box Bundle

Gift Box Bundles must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of individual items from a bundle will not be accepted. The gift box packaging charge is non-refundable.

A Note on Natural Leather

Leather Monarch products are handcrafted from premium natural hides sourced for their quality and character. Because leather is a natural material, no two hides are identical. You may notice:

  • Subtle surface marks or scars
  • Slight variations in texture or tone
  • Natural stretch lines or grain patterns
  • Minor color differences between batches

These are not defects. They are the signature of original full-grain leather — proof that your product was made from a real, natural hide and not a synthetic substitute. Each of these characteristics makes your piece one of a kind.

Every hide is carefully inspected by our team before crafting begins. We accept only hides that meet our quality standard. Small natural markings that fall within acceptable limits are considered part of the product's character and authenticity. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of natural leather variation.

We believe these details are something to appreciate, not a reason for concern. They are what separate a real leather product from everything else.


How to Return an Item

Once your return has been authorized by our team, please prepare your package carefully. Inside the parcel, include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your complete return address
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • A brief written note explaining the reason for the return and your preferred resolution — whether that is a replacement or monetary refund (in case of damaged item only)

Please pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit. Leather Monarch is not responsible for items that arrive back to us in a damaged condition due to poor packaging. Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection and resolution.


Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned

We want to be fully transparent about the items that fall outside our return policy:

Made-to-Order Items — Products that have been custom-made, personalized, or crafted to your specific request cannot be returned. These items are created exclusively for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Heavily Discounted Sale Items — Any item purchased at a discount of 50% or more is sold as final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Used or Worn Items — Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted as a return.

We appreciate your understanding of these limitations. They allow us to continue offering fair pricing and handcrafted quality to every customer.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has a confirmed defect caused by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

We will cover return shipping only when the fault is clearly on our side, including incorrect personalization, stitching defects, leather damage during manufacturing, or any quality issue outside our accepted natural variation standard.

Leather Monarch does not offer a pickup service. Please drop off your parcel at your nearest courier office and always use a trackable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or delayed in transit.


Delayed Exchanges or Resolutions

If your exchange or resolution has not been processed within the expected timeframe, please first allow the full 3 to 5 business days to pass after we have confirmed receipt of your returned item.

If the issue remains unresolved after this period, please email us at leathermonarchstore@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

For customers who have been issued a monetary refund for a verified defective item and have not received it within the expected timeframe, please check your bank statement and allow for standard bank processing times before reaching out.
